Canton Fair will be taken place from 15th October to 4th November, 2014 at China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China. The 116th session of Canton Fair will be held in 3 phases. The Canton Fair is a great trade event of comprehensiveness and specialization with over 24,500 Chinese enterprises exhibiting over 150,000 kinds of quality Chinese products and overseas commodities with distinctive features. Buyer Entry badge (IC Card) is the only official admission to Canton Fair. If you have got a Buyer’s IC Card, please pay attention to the following information: The IC Card is valid for multiple sessions of the Fair, which ensures your entrance to the Fair directly and saves your time with an easy access.
To save your time queuing up at the fairground, please follow the steps below and collect your first free IC card at the following Overseas Buyers’ Registration Office or CLICK HERE for more details.
★ Get IC Card in Hong Kong
Please CLICK HERE download “Pre-application Form for IC Card” with related documents and email to application-hk@cantonfair.org.cn. Please collect the IC card at Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office once the application is approved.
★ Get IC card in Guangzhou
Please pre-apply for the IC Card via Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) on Canton Fair’s official website and get the IC card at the Overseas Buyers' Registration Office of Canton Fair Complex or appointed hotels in Guangzhou (CLICK HERE for list of Hotels).
★ Re-application for IC Card
The IC Card is valid for multiple sessions of the Fair. If you forgot to bring or lose it, re-application will cost you HKD250 or 200 RMB/card as service fee. The previous badge will be invalid right after re-application, please ensure the badge you carry is the newest.
