The Buyer Entry badge (Buyer Card) is the only official admission to Canton Fair which is valid for multiple sessions of the Canton Fair. Please pre-apply for the Buyer Card before getting it at our office or at the Overseas Buyers' Registration Offices.
Option 1: To Get Buyer Card in Hong Kong
Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office provides pre-application service throughout the year. To save your time queuing up at the fairground for getting your first buyer Card in Guangzhou, you are encouraged to get it in Hong Kong prior to the fair.
Please CLICK HERE to download the pre-application form and submit clear colored copies of valid *Personal Document, Business Card and a Most Recent Passport Photo to application-hk@cantonfair.org.cn. “Collection Notice” will be sent by email within 3-7 working days after approval. Applicant or an authorized third party can collect the Buyer card at our office immediately by presenting the Collection Notice and *ORIGINAL Personal Document.
Remark:
After the application is accepted and approved, if the applicant is not able to collect his/her Buyer card at Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office finally, please note that RMB200 will be charged if the card will be collected at the registration counters of Canton Fair Complex or appointed hotels in Guangzhou.
* Personal Document: Overseas Passport, H.K./Macao Home-return Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, Overseas Permanent Residence Permit or a Chinese Passport with overseas employment visa valid for over one year.
Option 2: To Get Buyer card in Guangzhou
If you plan to get the Buyer card at the Overseas Buyers' Registration Office of Canton Fair Complex or appointed hotels in Guangzhou, please pre-apply for the Buyer Card via Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) on Canton Fair’s official website. Applicant can check the approval status, download and print out the “Return Receipt of Buyer Card Pre-registration” after 3-7 working days on
Applicant can get the Buyer card at the Green Line of the Overseas Buyers'Registration Office of Canton Fair Complex or the Overseas Buyers' Registration Office of the appointed hotels in Guangzhou by presenting the “Return Receipt of Buyer Card Pre-registration”, *ORIGINAL Personal Document, a Most Recent Passport Photo in a size of 5cm X 4cm and Business Card.

★Re-issue Buyer Entry Badge（Buyer card）
The Buyer Card is valid for multiple sessions of the Canton Fair. If you forget to bring it or lost it, the new Buyer Card will cost you 200RMB/250HKD per card as service fee. The previous one would become invalid right after making-up, please ensure the Buyer Card you wear is the newest.
