The 112th session of Canton Fair was concluded successfully. 189,391 overseas buyers from 211 countries and regions around the world attended the 112th Canton Fair. 24,766 were buyers from Hong Kong. Faced with this complicated and volatile economic and trade environment, the Canton Fair follows the policy of "achieving steady growth, adjusting structure, promoting balance" and focuses on building export brand, optimizing the structure and improving the quality of exhibitors.

Application for Canton Fair Invitation:
For those buyers who need Invitation to apply for China Visa, please login to the Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) (http://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.aspx) by using the user name and password of your company to apply for the invitation OR download and complete the “Application Form for Canton Fair Invitation” from the website of Canton Fair Hong Kong Customer Service Centre (http://hk.cantonfair.org.cn) and email it to cs@cantonfair.org.cn.
Pre-application for Canton Fair Entry Badge (IC Card):
Canton Fair Hong Kong Customer Service Centre opens all year round. Hong Kong buyers are encouraged to get the IC card at the Centre in advance (Free for the First Personal IC Card, HK$250 will be charged as re-application fee if it is lost). In order to process your application more efficiently, please download and complete the “Pre-application Form for Buyer Entry Badge(IC Card)” from the website (http://hk.cantonfair.org.cn), and email it with the related documents to cs@cantonfair.org.cn before 1st April 2013.The application will be approved and an email notice with collection details will be sent within 3 working days. Application which is submitted between 1st April to 3rd May 2013 will take 7 working days for approval. Pre-applied buyers can collect the IC card immediately at the Centre by presenting the original personal document (H.K./Macao Home Return Permit, Overseas Passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents).
Change of Company or Personal Information:
Please login to the Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) (http://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn) to update your company information. To update personal information, please download and complete the “Application for Changing Company or Personal Information” from the website of Canton Fair Hong Kong Customer Service Centre (http://hk.cantonfair.org.cn) and email it to cs@cantonfair.org.cn.
