Please kindly pay attention to the following adjustments and information.

Application for Canton Fair Invitation:
Starting from the 112th session, Canton Fair will mail ¡°Attendance Notice¡± with the most updated information about every session of Canton Fair instead of Invitation to Hong Kong Buyers. For those buyers who need Invitation to apply for China Visa, please login to the Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) (http://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.aspx) by using the user name and password of your company to apply for the invitation OR download and complete the ¡°Application Form for Canton Fair Invitation¡± from our website and return to cs@cantonfair.org.cn.

Pre-application for Canton Fair Entry Badge (IC Card):
Canton Fair Hong Kong Customer Service Centre opens all year round.  Hong Kong buyers are encouraged to get the IC card at our Centre in advance. In order to process your application more efficiently, please download and complete the ¡°Pre-application Form for Buyer Entry Badge(IC Card)¡±from our websitewith the related documents and return to cs@cantonfair.org.cn before 1st Oct 2012. The application will be approved and an email notice with collection details will be sent within 3 working days.  Application which is submitted between1st Oct to Nov 4th 2012 will take 7 working days for approval. Pre-applied buyer can collect the IC card immediately at our Centre by presenting the Original Personal document (H.K./Macao Home Return Permit, Overseas Passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents).

Change of Company or Personal Information:
Please login to the Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) (http://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.aspx) to update your company information.  To update personal information, please download and complete the ¡°Application for Changing Company or Personal Information¡± from our website and return to cs@cantonfair.org.cn.
