Canton Fair Buyer Entry badge (IC Card) is the only official admission to the Fair and is effective from the October of 2008 and valid for all future sessions of the Canton Fair.  If you forgot to bring it or lost it, the new buyer entry badge (IC Card) will cost you HK$250 or 200RMB/card as service fee.

Pre-application for IC card is encouraged which surely saves your time in getting your IC card.  It can be made via one of the following options:

Option 1:

If you plan to get your IC card in Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office IN HONG KONG (service is to be provided throughout the year), please fill in the Pre-application form for Buyer Entry Badge(IC Card) with required documents and submit to Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office (application-hk@cantonfair.org.cn). The application will be approved and an email notice with collection details will be sent within 3 working days.

After the application is accepted, if the applicant is not able to collect his/her IC card at Canton Fair Hong Kong Representative Office finally due to the change of the schedule, please note that RMB200 will be charged for each badge if the card will be collected at the other registration counters (Canton Fair Complex or appointed hotels in Guangzhou).

Option 2:

If you plan to get your IC card in Canton Fair Complex and the appointed hotels IN GUANGZHOU, CHINA (only serve during Canton Fair period), please login to the Buyer E-Service Tool (BEST) by using the given user name and password of your company and make pre-application for the IC Card. Please click "Getting user name and password for regular buyer" if you forget the user name and password.  The application will be approved and an email notice will be sent within 3 working days.

Please present the following documents to get the IC card 

Regular Buyers (Free of charge):

• A company which was registered in Canton Fair, or
• A company which had sent staff to visit Canton Fair before,or
• A company which receives Canton Fair invitaiton, or
• A company which is holding referral letter from the Consulate of his/her Hone Country or E-pass Card holders.

• Original Personal document (Please see remark for details); AND
• Personal business card

3. Regular Buyers who haven't make any pre-application for their IC Card, please present:

• Paper invitation card or E-invitation issued by Canton Fair; AND
• Original Personal document (Please see remark for details); AND
• Personal business card; AND
• A recent colour photograph showing full frontal face with clear facial features (for scanning only)

New Buyers (HK$120/100RMB per application):

• Non-invited Companies by Canton Fair
• Non-registered Companies in Canton Fair

New buyers who without Canton Fair's Invitation, HK$120/100RMB will be charged if you come directly to any one of the registeration counters to get the IC card.  Please present: 

• Original Personal document (Please see remark for details)
• A recent colour photograph showing full frontal face with clear facial features (for scanning only)
• Personal business card
• HK$120/100RMB

Replacement for Buyer IC Card

• Buyer IC Card was lost (HK$250/200RMB per replacement)
• Buyer IC Card was damaged after proven (Free replacement)

Representatives of Foreign Company's Representative Office in China

We do not provide service for buyers from Representative Office in China. Please contact Registration Office in China Import and Export Fair Complex. Please accompany the overseas buyer & take your second generation ID card& copy of the ID card, business card and a most recent passport photo (5cm x 4cm) to make registration at overseas Buyer¡¯s Registration Office(One overseas company can only be accompanied with one Chinese)£¬service fee: 300 RMB/person/day and another 30 RMB for the cost of the badge.
