活動：第114屆廣交會新採購商體驗團
為增加新採購商對廣交會的直觀瞭解和認識，本屆我中心擬在每期組織新採購商前往廣州參觀廣交會(即日來回)，費用全免，具體詳細如下：
In order to better understand the Canton Fair and provide the most effective buying channel for New Buyers, the 114th Canton Fair Visit Tour for New Buyers (one-day tour and free of charge) will be organized and details areas follows:

| 出發時間： Departure Time: | 上午8時 (從香港出發，集合地點稍後通知) 8:00am (Depart from Hong Kong, assembly point will be noticed later) |
| 回程時間： Return Time： | 下午5時在廣交會展館上車回香港 (參加者可選擇不乘坐) 5:00pm from Canton Fair Complex to Hong Kong (Participants can choose to stay in Guangzhou) |
| 我中心提供的服務： Service includes： | 1、往返香港-廣州的旅遊大巴（請注意，旅遊保險自理） 2、商務午餐 3、辦理採購商進館證 4、現場商貿配對 5、現場指引參觀 1) Round trip Coach between Hong Kong and Canton Fair Complex, Guangzhou (Travel insurance on your own) 2) Executive lunch set 3) Preparing Buyer Entry Badge (IC Card) 4) On-site Trade Match-Making service 5) Visiting Exhibition Halls with guidance |

| 報名條件： Application requirements: | 1、 參加者從未參加廣交會或公司從未派員參加廣交會；及 2、 參加者必須持有有效的港澳回鄉證或海外護照。 1) Participant is working in a company which never registers or sends staff to visit Canton Fair or participant never visits Canton Fair; and 2) Participant is holding a valid Home-return Permit or Overseas Passport. |
| 報名方式： Registration: | 敬請按此下載報名回執表，連同您的個人資料（身份證和公司名片）掃瞄件電郵至cs@cantonfair.org.cn，我們將在3-7個工作日內以電郵確認您的報名申請，並提供進一步的活動詳情。 Interested parties please click here to download Reply Slip and submit to cs@cantonfair.org.cn with a clear copy of the personal document and company name card. An email confirmation will be sent with 3-7 working days with activity details. |
